If you have been charged by Rentola, it means that your payment details were registered and our service is active on an account.
To find out which account this is, search for “Rentola” in the inbox of your email. Don’t forget to also search for it in the Spam folder. You will most likely find a welcome email from us containing a password for your account. It could be that it’s a different Rentola website than you tried signing in to before. So take a good look at the extension it contains, it could be .com, .nl, .fr or another extension.
